Are your items ready-made or printed when I order?
All products are made to order. Each item is printed just for you once your order is placed. This keeps waste low and lets us offer exclusive limited-edition fan designs for 40+ countries.

Do colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
Minor variations in brightness or tone can occur due to different monitor settings and print methods. Every product is printed using high-quality, durable inks for a bold, long-lasting result.


🚚 Shipping & Delivery

How long will my order take?
Production usually takes 2–7 business days, followed by shipping time:

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • Europe: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Times are estimates and may vary during holidays or customs processing.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes! We offer global fulfillment through our print partners so fans everywhere can show their pride.

Will I receive tracking information?
Absolutely. As soon as your order ships, a tracking link is automatically emailed to you.

My order has multiple items—why did they arrive separately?
We work with several print facilities, and products may ship from different locations. You’ll receive a separate tracking number for each package.


🧾 Returns & Replacements

Do you accept returns?
Because everything is made to order, we don’t accept returns for wrong size or change of mind.
However, if your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us at support@globalfangear2026.com within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right with a replacement or refund.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, please place a new order after we resolve any issue with your current one.


🌍 International Orders

Will I have to pay customs duties or taxes?
Some countries charge import duties or VAT. These fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the buyer and are collected by your local postal authority at delivery.

Do you comply with EU regulations?
Yes — we follow EU consumer standards, including the 14-day cooling-off period for qualifying orders.

How do I choose the right size?
Each apparel listing includes a size chart in both inches and centimeters. We recommend comparing measurements to your favorite shirt or hoodie for the best fit.

How should I wash my items?
Turn garments inside out and wash cold with similar colors. Tumble dry low or air-dry. Avoid bleach or ironing directly over printed areas.
