Made-to-order products
All items are printed on demand especially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size/color ordered, or change of mind.

Quality & accuracy matters
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Heads-up on print variance: Print placement and scale may vary slightly across sizes and print providers. Minor differences in color/brightness can occur between screens and printed items.


Report an Issue (defect/damage/wrong item)

If there’s a problem with your order, contact us at support@globalfangear2026.com within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • A brief description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the item and the packaging/label

We’ll review and, if approved, arrange a replacement at no cost or a refund to your original payment method.

Please do not send anything back without written authorization. Unsolicited returns are not accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Print-on-demand apparel & accessories without a manufacturing defect
  • Gift cards
  • Items marked final sale
  • Personalized items (if offered)

Exchanges

We don’t offer direct exchanges. If your return/replacement is approved due to a defect or our error, we’ll ship a replacement. For different sizes or colors, please place a new order.


Refunds (if approved)

Once we confirm the issue, we’ll process a replacement or refund. Refunds typically post within 10 business days depending on your bank/card.
If it’s been more than 15 business days since our approval, please contact us at support@globalfangear2026.com.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Where to Send Returns

When a physical return is required (rare), we’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the correct return address. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order ships to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason, except for:

  • Goods that are clearly personalized (e.g., customized with your name or requested alterations).

To exercise this right, email support@globalfangear2026.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition/packaging. Unless the item is defective or we made an error, you are responsible for return shipping. Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
